Standard Photoshoot Session
Private scheduled access to select areas of the estate for two hours — enough for an engagement session, a maternity session or a family portrait in one or two locations, with parking accommodations on site.
Extended Creative Session
Four hours of flexible photography access across multiple locations: the cottage cabin backdrops, the open natural spaces and wooded scenery, the pond and the field. Built for branding shoots, content creators, fashion and lifestyle photography and holiday mini sessions.
The backdrops
Cottage cabin porches, garden walkways and gazebos, the dock on the koi pond, the fountains, the wooded trail and the open field — the same scenes our couples marry in, available to photographers and creators on a scheduled basis.
The light
The long field catches late-afternoon light and the pond settles for evening reflections, so one extended session can carry two completely different looks. Flexible photography access times let you book around the light you want.
The guide
Bell Haven is a family-owned estate in Dayton, Tennessee, in the Tennessee Valley under an hour north of Chattanooga. It is a wedding venue first, which is exactly why it photographs so well: garden walkways, gazebos, flowing fountains, a koi pond with a wooden dock, cottage cabins and open natural spaces, all kept with the attention a single-event venue needs. On days without a wedding we open select areas of the property to photographers, families and creators by scheduled session.
The Standard Photoshoot Session starts at $50 and includes two hours of property access for up to five guests. The Extended Creative Session starts at $100 and includes four hours of property access, multiple location access and up to fifteen guests. Both include private scheduled access to select areas of the estate, scenic outdoor photography locations, cottage cabin backdrops, open natural spaces and wooded scenery, flexible photography access times and parking accommodations.

Photographers running mini sessions tend to book the extended session so several families can move through two or three backdrops across an afternoon.
Tell us the kind of session, the number of people and the time of day you want. Late afternoon gives the warmest light on the field; mornings are quiet and cool around the pond and the cabins. Because the estate is private and scheduled, you will not be sharing the backdrops with another shoot. Props, wardrobe changes and pets are all welcome — just let us know what you are bringing.
Sessions are scheduled around the venue’s event calendar, so weekday dates are the easiest to secure. Reach out with your preferred date and session, and we will confirm availability and send directions to the estate.
